House of Kolor products like Shamrin Metalic base colors or Shamrin Kandy Base Coat colors create the perfect undercoating. Then you add in your metal flakes, or Kameleon Pearls to get the sparkle in the sunlight. Finally, you use polyurethane enamel to get the clear-coat finish for shine and protection.

They have really vibrant colors and great base coats that will "pop" when you get close to them. It'll give you a look like "WOW! that paint is awesome. What's different???"

You can just do primer -> base -> clear coat for a simple color.Or you can do primer -> base -> pearl -> clear for different effects, like chameleon paint. If you toss in a flattening agent, you'll get a flat coat of paint. You also need to add that to your clear coat so it doesn't gloss either.
